Dedicated T1 Line for Data Transfers

I’m getting frustrated with shared bandwidth situations in my area. I don’t know if most of the people on my switch are constantly downloading torrent movies or what but the data transfer lag becomes unbearable. I might go ahead and order a dedicated T1 line despite the cost. I think that the lack of frustration I’ll encounter when conducting business transactions and stock trading online will make up for the difference in price between what I currently have and a T1 leased line. I might even be able to partner up with some associates in my area to mitigate and split the cost using some multi-point solution.

I’ve been trying my hand again lately at doing some design work. Graphic design that is. It’s been a while, and I’m pretty rusty, but I’m fairly happy with my results so far. At first I felt like I was just trying to show off my Photoshop skills, but then I ended up throwing out most of what I had been working on in order to go for a more minimal and classy presentation. Sometimes restraint is the best way to expose your good aesthetic judgment.
In any case, I broke out my old Wacom Graphire pen, mouse & tablet and started doing some digital sketching and painting. I forgot how fun it is! Like I said, my results aren’t exactly going to go up in the digital Louvre just yet, but I’ve been looking into buying a new and better drawing tablet. I found out that Wacom has introduced a new Bamboo Tablet Mouse and Stylus that is very appealing to me. I might just shell out the $250 and pick one up.
