I was wonder when is a puppy full grown  I have a 3 year old but man he sure acts like a 1 year old pup.  Any help would be appreciated.

Tony, our Labrador was diagnosed with canine arthritis. Everything in our household came to a stand still. All were in a deep state of despair. How were we to help Tony cope with the pain and immobility? I cannot thank my vet enough for putting Tony onto Arthritin which is a drug for canine arthritis treatment. Tony benefited a great deal by this. Medications and a strict exercise regime helped Tony lead a fairly pain-free life till the end.
